"The Location, a short walk from Kensington Gardens, and the staff were amazing. There’s a Tube Station and city bus stop directly across from the gate to the gardens. I was able to catch a bus to Victoria Station, to see Wicked, at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. I will definitely return to this hotel."

"Overnight stay at this location but was kindly upgraded upon arrival and staff was very accommodating overall. Room was clean and renovated. Conveniently located 5 mins away from tube station as well. Would stay here again. "

"Lovely stay at Swiss Cottage. Here’s the pros and cons: Pros: - Location to Swiss Cottage Underground Station, Jubilee Line. Literally a few minutes walk. - Area: Within a lovely residential area. Feels safe. Bike rental station just across the street too. - Hotel style: Classical, beautiful lounge and lobby. - Staff: Superb experience with the staff, all were friendly and welcoming. Made our stay feel more special. - Breakfast: English Breakfast cooked to order. Continental available too....
