"We had a club level room. The room was great. Food and drinks options at breakfast and evening were great, though the vegetarian choice in the evening could have been better. The only disappointment was the afternoon tea offer which was limited. But overall I would give it an 8.5/10."
"The Hyatt could not have been better located for what I wanted to do. With an exit in the back right onto Darling Harbour and the many attractions there, including the tour boats, dining and other entertainment, and a short walk to just about every form of transport in Sydney, including busses to Bondi Beach, the L2/L3 to Circular Quay and the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, and the trains out of Town Hall or Wynyard. There wasn’t a single thing I wanted to do that I couldn’t walk to, or get public transport to.
I didn’t have the best view, looking at a parking garage, but the other side should have had great views of Darling Harbour and the Saturday fireworks.
If I had to be critical, there was a lot of light leakage from the hallway through the door, and it would have been nice if the dressers had a drawer into which I could have put my dirty clothes, but that is about the only fault I could find."
"I’ve stayed at the view many times for work purposes. This time I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and felt very welcomed. The lady on reception who checked me in and also checked me out after 3 nights was lovely. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but she was friendly and helpful.
My room was comfortable as always. The beds and pillows are the best of all other hotels in the area. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again. "
"We had a 5 day stay very pleasant. The workers are very polite and friendly. Every time we needed help with something they were very responsive and quick. The room is a little small but very clean and nice. The location very nice! I definitely recommend this hotel 🙌👍"
