"Lovely atmospheric hotel. Great staff."

"The hotel was great for a place to rest and sleep. Rooms were comfortable and area was quiet and conveniently close to the Bayswater and Queensway underground entrances. Lots of restaurants and convient stores close by as well for a snack or coffee run. I only knocked 1 star on cleanliness for the dust in our room- it was the worst on top of the shower door and in on the lower shelf of the end table like it hadn’t been dusted in a while but otherwise was perfect. If we come back to London, we’d definitely stay again. "

"Location is great. Many shops, bars and restaurants around. Very close to Hyde park, walking distance to Paddington station. Friendly staff. Rooms are really clean. Continental breakfast worth the money. "

"I will definitely stay here again - the staff and service were exceptional. The hotel is close to the underground and in a lovely area. The room was a little on the smaller side but it didn't bother us. Breakfast was nice. "

"Great hotel in a central location. Nearest tube is Bayswater and only a 3 minute walk. Room was very hot but after turning the radiator off and opening the window it was fine. It has a lift which is great. If I had 1 issue it was that there is no plug next to the bed. But other than that it was great. Remember, it’s a budget hotel, if you want grandeur and luxury, stay at The Dorchester. "
