"Exceptional customer service at Solaria hotel. Lily at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure my solo stay is welcoming and memorable. The fully body massage at the spa was top notch. The location is central to everything and breakfast is delicious. The downside was that the only elevator broke while I was there so everyone needed to use stairs regardless of their floor. It didn’t bother me as the porter helped me with my luggage. However, it might be an issue for other tourists....
