"今回は私のお気に入りホテルVilla Fontainにアメリカからの御客様14名宿泊させました。御客様方はホテルの綺麗さとVilla Fontainの従業員の接客に「このホテルは素晴らしい」と皆おっしゃっていました。私は何度も温泉初体験の御客様に「コノHotelの温泉は清潔で綺麗なので入るべき！」と言たのですが、約8名の方が興味深く感じたようで温泉の入り方を説明した上で入浴し、とても素敵な経験に感動したとおっしゃっていました。 私も入浴したのですが、数年前と比べ中国人や韓国人が増えた分歯を磨いた置きっぱなしの歯ブラシが湯船に置きっぱなしになったり、使いぱなしのタオルが湯船の近くに置いてあるのが不潔で不快でした。髪の毛が長い人は髪を結ぶ事もしない方が沢山いて、長い髪を湯船につからせて浮いた状態の親子までもいました。長い髪が何本も湯船に浮いて汚かったので、髪の毛の長い方は結ぶように指示するべきと感じます。清潔で素晴らしい温泉を維持するのは非常に困難だとは思いますが、今後もこちらのホテルに大切な御客様を連れて来たいので、是非頑張って下さい🙇‍♀️宜しくお願い致します。"

"Loved the guest house. The staff were amazing, especially Moka. She was very helpful and kind and the first evening she made us takoyaki. The only downside is that it's a bit far from downtown. However, with the subway nearly everywhere it's really accessible including Yokohama, so it wasn't that bad. The area is nice and quiet and very safe. I will definitely come back."

"No staff on site, very noisy entry door can be heard all night by all guests on the first floor. Bedsheets has hair from another person suggesting they hadn’t been changed. Also, foreign residents of Japan are discriminated against at check-in by asking for passport information, which we are not required by law to provide. "

"As a one of the lowest priced accommodation in Tokyo, you can only expect what's necessary for your night stay. Relatively new building and facility gives you good feeling. Only issue here is that the entrance area is kind of mess as there is not enough space to organize everyone's shoes."
