"The staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. The downstairs bar/restaurant is so convenient and the food was delicious. I didn't use the pool area/bar (this seems more suitable for twenty-something year olds who are there to PARTY). A bit of a party house but it did NOT make my stay uncomfortable.The lift was not working (but staff did the heavy lifting).
