"I do not know if to start with the kindness and professionalism of the staff or the premises themselves which are just amazing. This small boutique hotel is located at a 2 min walking distance from the basilica of saint Antonio and has all the attributes of a 4-star hotel ( although rated only 2, which is definitely not the case), starting from the very modern nicely furnished rooms to the excellent breakfast with pastries coming from the best pastry shop in town, freshly squeezed orange juice...

"Customer service was excellent. Restaurant attached to the hotel was great, we ate there several times. The breakfast that came with our stay was also excellent, lots of selections. Our day trip train tickets were cancelled due to a strike and the desk clerk was able to provide us information about how to reschedule. He was also very helpful in scheduling airport shuttle when it was time for us to leave. This is a small hotel but very friendly and helpful, would stay here again. Great location...

"Stayed 4 night for business during Jan 2025. This is a pretty unique hotel - it is situated in a very old building (renovated, of course) right at Piazza dei Signori, so location can't be better. We never met Paolo, out host. However, he has been super responsive and helpful over whatsapp. I had a room with a balcony over the Piazza, so great view. The room is of a good size in European standards, Cleanliness is perfect. The room has a large closet, so a lot of room for clothes. There is a desk...

"Excellent 2 day stay, very close to the train station, although no restaurant there are plenty within easy walking distance. Walked for miles around the town and always felt safe. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. "

"Really nice hotel, but located on a busy street. Had to ask numerous times during the week, because the staff in the morning didn't seem to do a follow up. Luckily the staff in the evening was great. The breakfast is a great option with a lot of variety. Overall would recommend it. "

"I stayed one night at the hotel in Padua, looking back, I think I should have booked two or three, so that I could get a better experience of the Veneto. Parts of the hotel seemed like an escape room, because my bedroom was located towards the rear. I was told that I had to take two elevators to get to my room, as it was in the back of the hotel. Part of it was under refurbishment, so I had to take one elevator up, and go to the other side of the hotel (4 minutes walk through two hallways)...
