"We’ve stayed in Madrid a lot of times, but this hotel gave us the best experience. The room was a little small (we had two suitcases and two carry-ons) but it was manageable. The location couldn’t have been better, right on the Gran Via. Breakfast was good, too. And the rooftop terraces were spectacular. We’ll be staying here again."

"This is an airport hotel, but it is very nice and clean and has a shuttle service to/from the airport. The hotel exceeded my expectations in how nicely it is maintained. It shows that the hotel is managed well. The staff are friendly. They have an onsite restaurant and room service. It’s a ~20 minute walk to the Pleniluna shopping center and there are a few neighborhood restaurants within a 5-10 walk from the hotel. "
