The lady at the front desk was very helpful, and the two men that treated us exceptionally well when we first arrived and when we were leaving, even laughing with us and making sure all of our needs were met. "The hotel located right in a center of the main tourist destinations, quick accessability to preety much everything. But it doesnt feel overwhelming in a area at the same time, very quiet in the evening and night, safe. big surprise was a close connection to the Tram, that is such an easy access to the rest of the city. Absolutely helpful and poline staff that was very accommodating and told us in and outs of the town. I took their Istanbul transportation card by mistake, I am so sorry!"
