"The entire property was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly kind and very responsive. I especially appreciated their convenient text message service, which made it easy to get quick answers to any questions. Our room was spacious and spotless, providing a comfortable place to relax. We had easy access to two pools and enjoyed a very short walk to the Oasis Water Park. The property also offered fantastic hiking trails right on-site, which we loved exploring. I visited the spa and had an incredible massage—definitely a highlight of the trip! Although the basketball court was under repair during our stay, we were still impressed by the beautiful gym facilities and look forward to using them next time. We made so many wonderful memories with our kids and all agreed we would love to return during the Christmas holidays again. The resort was at about 40% capacity, so there were hardly any lines, making it an ideal experience. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!"
