"Great price option for comfortable room with kitchenette (sink, micro, fridge, table) and comfortable bed. In center of Pinetop on Hwy 260. In bathroom, the transition strip had two missing nails along with two nail heads sticking up 1/4". I cut my foot on one in middle of the night. Also multiple loose floor tiles on bathroom floor. Hallway noise passing by door was too loud and disruptive in middle of the night. Loud kids and partiers walking down halls could be easily heard. "

"Excellent property, very clean, friendly, quaint. We rented the 2 bedroom suite with kitchenette and are highly satisfied. There are several vignettes outside where you can sit and enjoy wildlife and nature. The room was very nicely set up with every thought about your comfort and needs. From the kitchen appliances provided (coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, etc.) to the games ranging in a variety of ages. The owner is a lovely lady who takes the time to get to know her guests...

"I booked the suite that has a water jet tub and when I arrived I was informed my room was changed to another suite but with out the tub. Was there a price difference, maybe?? The water pressure wasnt as hard and the restroom sink water was very low. The room was comfy amd clean so I'll give them that. Will I stay there again, maybe not. "
