"The property was great very clean and friendly staff. The only negative was the beach it was not clear beach like on the pictures. My kids were looking forward to being in the beach but it was full of what looked like wood or tree roots. This was a big let down for us. "

"I loved the amenities at this property. They thought of everything that may be needed during our stay. It gave luxury getaway. Even during the rainy day the staff kept the walkways clear of puddles, and provided games and entertainment which kept us busy and not worried about the rain, and having fun. Even though the food wasn't the best for us, there was always something available and many buffet options once we decided not to try the restaurants after being turned away for my husband wearing a shorts set. The quick bites on the beach grill were the best. Try the fish fingers and fries. Its the perfect mid day pool break, we just wished it didnt close so early. "

"I liked the nightly shows. The variety in the buffets. The pools were marvellous. The rooms were spacious with outstanding bathrooms ( huge jetted tub and awesome showers) Only thing I did not like was the thought of putting dirty toilette paper into the trash instead of flushing it away…so I brought biodegradable toilette paper I specially ordered for the trip ( I read previous reviews lol) Great stay all around, Staff we’re wonderful!"

"The staff was simply amazing, so friendly, and always helpful. Made our stay amazing. Only some simply complaints; music around the pools (on almost all the day time 9:00-6:00pm) asked them to turn it down, but did not comply. Many other guests found it rather annoying as well. Also the power went out two nights over our 4 night stay and then was off for around 5 hours (the worst part was no A/C and no-one was able to ever explain what was going on and how long it would last. SImply updating the guests would have gone a long way. Other than that an amazing time was had by the six of us at your beautiful resort. "
