"Really nice cozy home on top of the hill of Playa del Rey. We walked to the beach and restaurants down the hill. Great host communication and the house has everything needed to feel comfortable. This was our second stay and the house has improvements not shown in the pictures. "

We rented bikes from a kiosk within easy walking distance and rode easily from Manhattan Beach to Santa Monica. "Both the condo and the beautiful beach in front of it are perfect. The property is spotlessly clean and furnished with new and nice furniture, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. The kitchen even comes with coffee, tea, sodas, spices, a bottle of wine - and several boxes of cookies! Haven’t seen that in a rental property in a very long time. I recommend it without reservation."
