"Location was really good. I walked everywhere. The hostel was very modern and clean, almost felt more like a hotel. Having the cityplaza resto right across was very convenient for a bite and a drink. A few cons…had to pay to store my luggage. Every other place I’ve been to does it for free. No hair dryer in the room, had to ask at the front desk and the hair dryer stopped working after 2mins. The communal dinner doesn’t really seem to be a thing. The people at the city plaza didn’t even know...

Rooms claim to be soundproofed, but from my suite I could hear chatter and laughter and music from the restaurant, and walking from the floor above. "Nice serviced apartment with 25 hour Front desk service. staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, a few minutes walk to the market, and moyo square. About 10 minutes walk to the Royal palace. "I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered."

"Upon our arrival we received a friendly welcome and were able to leave our bags as we were a couple hours earlier than check in. All staff working the front desk were very friendly and attentive making us always feel welcome. We stayed in the room with the terrace and enjoyed the extra space throughout our stay (just make sure you can climb stairs!). Very clean, great location, would recommend. "
