"To my shock and bewilderment I received a parking ticket by the time I finished checking in and got to the room, which is ridiculous! Shouldn’t they allow extra time for the guests to get accommodated in the hotel? My ticket was bought with a half an hour delay!"

"Our room was nice , clean & big , only comment we have is when we check in 8/22/2025 @ around 3:30 pm or so the staff that help us was somewhat easily get irritable like when my husband was asking where was the dissabled parking was he flatly said ( you see my hand ) pointing at the place where to park we sure did not appreciate his attitude , he was very impatient he should not be in the front office in our opinion "
