"First of all, Heriberto and Francisco and the staff at Andrea made us fans of Velas! Heriberto is such a great culinary guide that I deferred to him with every meal selection and drink pairing. Francisco was also extremely attentive and when we saw him working at different stations, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. These people are the true asset of this place. Velas is close to the airports, so the ride is short. However, it is still in a secluded posh beach front area that...
