There’s a reason this is full of air crews, business groups and families. Taking off one point for erratic service — desk said they’d text when our room was ready, but didn’t; housekeeping made the beds but didn’t clear away half-finished teacups or take wet towels off the chair. But I’d still stay here again anytime. "
