" Check-in was easy and staff friendly. Our room was small, but very clean, cozy and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, even though it was sold out on the night we stayed. Breakfast included a good variety of items, and was open from 6:30 a.m to 10:00 a.m. Checkout out was not until noon! The price was quite reasonable, lower than expected. We give this hotel a 5-star rating and would definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommend! "

"The experience was AWESOME.. I came as a group “girls trip” for the weekend and we enjoyed every moment of the stay. We and other guest had karaoke in the lounge Friday and Saturday nights until 2 am in the bar area and the staff was awesome. Just the connection with other guests and the staff allowing it was just amazing. I will forever stay at this hotel when in Florence! "
