"Overnight stay for Valentine’s Day. Room upgraded on arrival. Complimentary chocolate and cookies at reception. Plenty of references to the buildings history (magistrates court and prison) - ask a member of staff for guided tour! ‘Spoiler Alert’ look out for the handcuffs on the chandelier in the entrance lobby. Hotel spotless, and staff keen to be if service. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked for another night !"

However the bathroom was so tiny that I was struggling sitting on the toilet! There was almost no room for my left leg because of the basin pedestal! "The rooms are miniature, however, that is what you pay for. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and I heard my next door neighbor farting quite loudly throughout my stay. Furhermore, water would not go down the sink but as I was there for less than 10 hours, i did not bother asking them to fix it until checkout. Overall I would come back again."
