"Great property. A noticeable sewage smell in the lobby; though that’s not necessarily the responsibility of the property itself. Awesome location with attentive, caring staff; daily breakfast was amazing and on-site dining in general, was a cut above. Would stay again and would also like to try the Park Hyatt, once it reopens. "Poor mgmt, won’t even let me leave luggage until checkin. (The latest checkin ever 5pm! And checkout 10am!) Poor hospitality. 3rd no elevator. Tiny tiny space, tiny bathroom - even the stupid ‘wardrobe’ look limits your already tiny space so you bang your head in it when getting in and out of bed. Bailed after one night - for the same price or less. take the generous Unplan at Shinjuku instead."
