"Staff and services are great and friendly. Convenient location to Koreatown and Herald Square. Please keep in mind this hotel is vintage with cute decor. Bed is high, thick and very comfortable. Pillows are fluffy. Love the free water bottles that are highly needed with walking around Manhattan. Lots of hangers in closet. Love the lobby’s decor, bar and restaurant. Check in desk in tuck away in the back between the two elevators. We will definitely be back."

"I wouldn’t recommend this property until the second elevator comes back online. The project started in January . To have a property with 19 floors of rooms and to rely on one elevator is crazy. We were there when the elevator broke down and walking up more than 10 flights is tiring. The room is small(to be expected) being in Manhattan, but clean. The staff were friendly and responsive. "

"Like - the entire staff were very pleasant, friendly & helpful. We enjoyed both restaurants in the hotel, Vintage Green & Take Care. The atmosphere, servers, food and drinks were exceptional! "We arrived too early at New York Airport. Usually check-in is in the afternoon but when I asked for check-in at 8 a.m., the staff was very friendly and helpful, so I was able to check-in early. And the breakfast was free and the menu and taste were great. It was very kind. I recommend it to travelers, too. I'm sure you remember a pleasant New York. Thank you, staff~"

"I booked the room before reading any reviews so I was a bit apprehensive after reading some less favorable. We were given a suite on the 16th floor and found it to be pleasant. We had pillows and towels. The suite had 5 windows with excellent views. The bed was comfortable. I would gladly stay here again. It is not a “luxury” hotel but provides a lot of value at the price. Excellent!

"Kearne checked me in and was so helpful. He helped me upgrade when I felt the first room was too small and we had a great room with a view. All staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and the hotel was very convenient to everythiing we wanted to do. The Tik Tok Diner in the hotel is one of the best casual restaurants we ate at."
