"I stayed at Citybox twice with extended stays. The hotel is perfect: self check-in and a help desk with a lovely Indian guy and an Italian girl who speaks Spanish and is also very helpful. Room: small, good bed, good bedding, good light. Bring your own shampoo. Cleaning of hallways and common areas is poor 6 six floor smells terrible . Cleaning of your room is quite acceptable. Unbeatable location. Metro, bus, tram: right at the door. Excellent places to eat! Brussels is a very expensive city....

"The decor and ambience was perfect! Chilled, cosy and inviting all around the hotel with a nice vibe buzzing with relaxed and interesting guests. TOPE on the roof was a great little Taco paradise with chilled music and great cocktails. The rooms although smaller than anticipated (stayed in Roomy Bath) were clean, with great athestics and a great comfortable bed, and bathroom was great too! Above all else, the staff were great. Helpful, attentive and would go above and beyond!"

Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! "An excellent brand-new hotel very close to the airport. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is good with a good selection available. The hotel does not have a restaurant so no dinner available but there is an HIE a two-minute walk away with a small menu. Only downside was the rooms were very hot and we were unable to turn down the temperature and we were not allowed to open the window."

"I would recommend this hotel for the price but there are some flaws. It is very dated and does not look fresh. The rooms are better than the lobby. My check in was not the smoothest but not why I would give this hotel bad marks. My disappointment lies completely with the bad service, information and horrible attitude I got from the concierge. I don't know his name but he was completely incompetent, did not know the city at all and even gave me wrong information. He did not even kn ow the museums...

"The hotel wasnt far from the Brussels north railway station and the trams were also within walking distance. Our room was at the front of the hotel and unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise going on up to nearly midnight. The air conditioning had been turned off as it was now classed as being cold outside and when we complained it was too warm we were told we could open a window which wasnt ideal due to the noise outside making it hard to get to sleep after a long day out in the city...

"I liked staying here, it was off the busy area of the Grand Place but right next to a major train station (Rogier) where you could take the train anywhere. It's walking distance to the gran place (~20mins) and 15minutes walk from the bank of Belgium where alot of tour buses pick up from.
