"Perfectly pleasant room, yes it's not ultra modern but everything worked perfectly well and was fully serviceable. Comfortable bed. The building is extremely old so at least has plenty of character. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere in the bar. Good evening eating experience, extremely well priced wine list. Would be quite happy to stay here again."

"I cannot fault my stay at all. From the moment i arrived i was warmly greeted by the loveliest man (sorry i didnt catch his name). The room was perfect size for me and had everything i needed. The bed was lovely and comfy. The wifi worked well and i was able to crack on with work. The shower was hot and powerful (one snall thing is the shower door doesnt give a huge amount of room to geyt in to the shower but that wouldnt ve a problem for everyone). I went and had some dinner and drinks...

"Good location, just 50m or so from the Quay front, great staff allround, but room was ok, but adequate only, for price charged. Dog friendly, which was critical for us, but £10 surcharge charged. Lack of hotel parking wasn't too much of an issue as large multistorey within c.400m, but does add any £10 cost to the visit"
