"The hotel itself was beautiful, modern and clean. The staff were also welcoming, friendly and helpful in helping my elderly parents to their room. The location of the hotel was so central that nothing felt far away. The only downside was the noise from the adjacent bar/restaurant and the pub next door which resulted in sleepless nights. Whilst it’s no fault of the hotel - it did spoil what could’ve been a relaxing stay (even with the ear plugs)."
