"Thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was super clean and in a great location. We loved being able to use the golf cart to go to the gym, spa and cute little Palmilla shopping area. The beach was a 5-minute walk and San Jose Del Cabo only a 25 cab ride away. Irvink was super helpful in planning dinner reservations and activities and also very responsive to the couple of problems we did have with some kitchen appliances not working. Highly recommended!"

The host was thoughtful and responsive, and was able to connect us to services that made our stay extra special like fridge stocking and catered meals. "We usually stay at La Jolla on the other side of the highway, we needed to vacate our place for 6 days and found Eduardo's. The photos are mostly accurate but there is a new 50in big screen TV in the living room. There were 3 of us and thought it's more for 2 ppl. A couple issues arose but we're resolved by end of the week. Loved the outdoor patio, could use a real BBQ, not an electric grill. us in the condo and we th two person"

"We just ended a great 4 night stay and can't wait to return! The owner Colby and property manager Maricela were very helpful and responsive. Maricela helped with pre-arrival groceries, chef for dinner, taxis, wood for bonfire, etc. The house on the beach in Palmilla does not disappoint - the location is ideal close to the hotel and the beach is amazing and mostly empty. Nice neighbors too. All in all, ee had a great time and will be back!'"

"Wonderful property located on beautiful Costa Azul beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. They warned us about the noise from the locals on the beach but we didn't think it was too bad. The property is set up very nicely with pool and beach location. A wonderful space to spend time with family on the beach in Mexico! A few sugar ants were sharing the space with us but the property was clean and Victor checked us in and out seamlessly. We look forward to visiting again!"

"The house is beautiful well kept, clean, and modern. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but sufficient. Appliances were newer, and in good working order. The home itself seemed newly finished, spacious, and well-maintained. Security was sufficient plenty of gates and doors, which were locking provided an Atmosphere of security. The views from the top were spectacular, less so as you descended down the three floors. However, the outdoor space was spectacular. A cactus garden that was impeccably...
