We were left a couple of times without getting a drink we ordered by the beach or the pool, but overall the staff was very attentive and always doing their best to make you stay the best possible experience. Staff was very respectful and hardworking. Angelica was great along with Mariela at the altitude hut, Hugo and Saul At the Sky bar kept us warm and cozy, they offered us blankets and comfort! Rodrigo a very hard worker at the pool area kept us hydrated! Very good experience all around and very accommodating even for a requested late checkout. We will definitely be coming back, even though we did not buy into the Belaire property, Elsa was very polite and not pushy like her boss."
