"Wonderful location and the staff was very helpful. The apt was clean and very nice. Everything worked and the water pressure was spectacular. We also loved the air conditioning in the rooms since we were there during a heat wave. "

"Our room had an excellent view of the Duomo and the busy streets, yet it was completely sound proof. The beds are typical European comfort, much firmer than American mattresses. The staff were excellent and always happy to provide recommendations. I did not expect the showers to be as small as they were though. This was an excellent property overall and I would stay here again. "
"We would definitely recommend this property. Great location, warm friendly staff. We added the daily breakfast and were very satisfied with the selection of food.In walking distance to all of the popular sights and food locations."
"Great place. Wonderful front desk staff. Location close enough to the tourist area, but far enough to be quiet. Renovated rooms. Clean. Great breakfast. Unfortunately we got a small room and not much space for our large luggage. I would stay here again and get a bigger room. "
"What I really liked about this area was how convenient it was—just a short walk from the train station, with everything we needed close by. The staff was incredibly friendly and even gave us a detailed map with suggestions on things to do and how far everything was. When I walked into my room, it smelled fresh and clean, which made a great first impression. The only downside was that one of my towels wasn't clean, but honestly, that was a minor issue. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!"
