"They are remodeling the hotel , it’s very nice but still some construction noise, we had a great time at the pool the only downfall the night before we were leaving we ate at the Japanese restaurant, my brother and his wife they got really ill , the had food poisoning from a shrimp dish ! "

"Lots of beach area. Our third trip. Food not as good as before. But the Taco house did not disappoint. Due to so many travelers, I would like to see the hotel encase pillows and all mattresses. This keeps the mattress clean and bug free (although we didn’t see any bed bugs- I checked). My hubby says they need a sports bar. Miquel, Alfonso, Ana and Diego are worthy of mention. Overall a good experience and worth staying there. "

"Beautiful beach with warm staff, fantastic ceviche and cocktails, spacious rooms, and excellent snorkeling right on the property. "

"Great location with many dining options within a few blocks. Quiet and peaceful considering how close to the square. Bistro next door The Maple Backery jas incredible breakfast, and lunch. Oleo restaurant for Italian food just opened and is oncredible. May have to take cold showeres, but its a minor first world issue."

"We completely enjoyed our stay at the Westin Cozumel! The room was very comfortable and the view of the water from our 9th floor balcony was fabulous! The grounds and beach were lovely. We enjoyed both pools and there were plenty of lawnchairs. The service around the hotel was fantastic, everyone was happy helpful and accomodating! Shout out to Randy and Maria - such great staff! We plan to return soon."
