My wife and I went for our 10 year anniversary and the staff was amazing from booking our car service to and from dinners to booking our excursions. They even played the World Series for us to watch we had to most amazing and relaxing time the drinks were excellent and so was the food. We will be back soon. "

The staffs are excellent so helpful so courteous, every time we went out of the resort to explore they told us what to expect & make sure don’t fall for things that we shouldn’t buy . The only one thing I hope the resort do is to upgrade the towels in the room we noticed first time as well for a five star resort the towels are not nice & soft like it supposed to be beside that bed’s...

Rooms and cabins are clean and well equipped. Cabins are a bit more rustic, but each is independent and provide a sense of being alone in paradise. I would highly recommend this hotel for stays in Playa del Carmen and will return in the future. "
