This time around there was some noticeable decline in the state of repair: elevators that weren't working, loud A/C unit in the room, some stains here and there. But overall so great. "

"An excellent, high-end all-inclusive resort with amazing service and amenities. The many restaurants on site cater to all tastes. The food was very good and the only aspect about the resort that wasn't 5-star for us. We upgraded to Preferred Club and the experience was top notch. "
