"Beautiful property with lovely pool and fantastic staff.. Loved our stay and would return but buy breakfst outside of the hotel. Breakfast was terrible. Food poorly prepared and the selection was not good. Birds and flies eating the bacon, pancakes and waffles cooked earlier. These items are not cooked fresh and left on the counter. Bacon was left sitting in congealing fat.. just terrible. "

"The villas w private pools are the only accommodation available abd they are huge and great vakue for money. They are set right on Seminyak Beach. The hotel rooms are closed. Lots of bars and restaurants closeby along Seminyak Beach. Top value for money. Villa rate is very affordable for what you get, and the location is amazing. Great find. Friendly staff. "

"We loved our stay at Seiryu, the Villa was gorgeous, the staff were lovely and accommodating. It could probably do with a lick of paint, and the the area isn’t really the centre of anything but it’s close to the beach and has everything you need! Loved the pool, outside area and how massive the bed and house were "

"This property was absolutely amazing. The Waterfall Villa, was gorgeous and spacious. The staff was so kind and welcoming. We were walking distance away from restaurants, bars and clubs. I’d highly recommend staying at this Villa. "

"I was upgraded to the Garden Villa which was awesome. Very nice Balinese design, comfortable and quiet, The property location was excellent. KuDeTa was practically next door, and Potatoe Head was a 10 min walk away, The busy walking and shopping street was just around the corner The staff was excellent from our late check-in to our late checkout. I really couldn;t ask for anything more from them. Everyone seemed to know our names. A big Thank You to our Host Coordinator, Aussie. She scheduled all our events, and kept up with our changing needs. I will certainly be back."
