"Property ha excelent condition regarding convinient place to reach beach, shop and restaurants. Place is clean, stuff is very friendly and very helpful . Pool and bar next to it in very good order. Food and drinks has very good quality."

"Stayed for 8 nights with my Wife. Really loved it. Staff were amazing. Pool area was top notch for laying around sipping drinks around the pool bar. Plenty of places to eat and drink right outside. Wife really enjoyed the Spa treatments, massages and hair session. Breakfast and dining options were good. Cant say enough about the staff, i was constantly amazed by how friendly and engaged the staff were with the guests. Was in deluxe room and was really nice. Will definitely stay there again. Read a few reviews that mentioned the property was a bit tired.. While i agree abit of a paint touch up wouldnt hurt, the place is kept very clean and the grounds are beautiful and tropical feeling. Also read some reviews mentioning noise. Wasnt a problem for us.. Sure there is the sounds of the tropics at night, but hey its Bali. We were up front so there was some accoustic serenading from the bar across the street at night, but we found it relaxing. If its a problem maybe ask for a room down the back of the resort?"

They consistently checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel valued. Knowing each guest’s name added a truly personal and special touch. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and efficient. A special mention to Tiwi, Flo, and Laura, who are incredible assets to the resort. Their outstanding service, especially when we were dealing with Bali belly, was beyond impressive. They took care of us with such kindness and professionalism, making us feel truly cared for.
