"Lovely hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. Good location for everything. Our room had a fridge and we were always left lots of bottles of water each day. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in Bali. Pancakes and waffles were a hit with the kids and we loved the omelettes and amazing coffee. Great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

The staff made our stay even more special. 🔹 Topan and Ratih at the reception were so nice and extremely helpful. 🔹 Erna at the spa reception was also very welcoming and kind. 🔹 A big thank you to Kim from the concierge — she went above and beyond to help my daughter find a horse riding place and even walked with us there! Truly appreciated her support and warm attitude. 💛 The breakfast was excellent — varied, fresh, and delicious every day. Highly recommend trying their Green Curry — it was absolutely delicious! 🍛 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and would love to return again. ✨ "
