The bed is comfy the shower is nice. The tv has many channels. There is a fan, hair dryer, small complimentary toiletries, coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. I stayed in room 60 and it has some flaws. For example the radiator worked sporadically, but luckily the property is warm inside so I didnt need it. The pillow...

"Night over when going to a gig. The hotel is very near Shepherds Bush Market tube and westfields. Friendly welcome and nice little bar in reception. Clean room. "
