"We had a lovely stay at the dorsett hotel for a concert happening next door. The staff were all lovely especially the housekeepers. The shower was powerful and warm, the bed was comfy and the air systems made it easy to get warm/cold. Bag drop was easy and safe kept in a locked conference room. The only problem we had was on the last day one of the elevators have broken so took a little while to get down with all our luggage, this however is not the staffs fault and happens so hasn’t effected...

"Top floor x 4 flights up with no lift Room was nice clean tidy, only a ceiling window so could be a bit bad for some Not too much road noise being up the top Easy to find"

"Overall did the job, however was disappointed by the lack of a robe when this was on the room spec as well as faulty electrics as bulbs were out in the bathroom and some plug sockets did not work. For the money we paid we were very disappointed! "

"The hotel is far from the underground station but right next to a bus stop. So you have transport options. And the hot water takes a while to kick on but otherwise it was a great room great staff. The pub next door has great prices and friendly staff as well. "

"Basic room, good breakfast. Lots of signd in hotel about reception validating parking ticket but they don't do that anymore which is annoying"

"Brilliant central hotel. Rooms clean comfortable, with everything needed. Good stocked bar and decent prices. Staff were great. Early check-in aswell because our room was ready. Highly recommend 👌 "
