"We had a really good stay last weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The lady on reception asked if we were there for an occasion of which we mentioned birthday, and we came back in the evening there some sweet treats waiting for us :) Hotel and our room was of a high standard, buffet breakfast had very good choices available, except no vegetarian sausages. Only fault we had was the 'soundproofing' wasn't very effective as we could hear talking and sirens throughout the night"

"Staff could've been alot kinder, some was great, some not so much. Manager was nice as well. Again just a small percentage that was a little cold."

"Overall good value for money. Bit noisy as the room was facing the main road and there is not much insulation. Cheap for London standards and the location was quite good, close to Shepherds Bush tube station. "

"The hotel is small with no lift, not the best area but it is conveniently located near the underground and above ground transportation. It is located in Zone 2, so transportation is a bit more expensive if you plan to spend a significant time doing a lot of touristy things in Zone 1. It's a diverse area with an assortment of places to eat in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Overall did the job, however was disappointed by the lack of a robe when this was on the room spec as well as faulty electrics as bulbs were out in the bathroom and some plug sockets did not work. For the money we paid we were very disappointed! "

"Great apartment, plenty of Space for 4 people. Close to train stations and other public transport. Nice eating places around. Would certainly stay here again. "

"Other than a lot of anxiety regarding owner’s requirements for check in (came very close to not being able to access property when we arrived and couldn’t reach owner), the location was good and the neighborhood was uniquely arabic. Owner required identity confirmation through "Superhog" which I did the night before we flew but, apparently, she never received it. Apartment was small but clean and adequate. Extra charge for linens for 3rd person to sleep on futon sofa. Two nearby tube stations....
