"Easy check in, comfortable studio room, relaxing spa and swimming pool, responsive room service (forgot a razor and toothbrush), quiet room with comfortable bed and the room was very clean. Can’t ask for much more!? Did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that and we parked in the National Theatre car park that we had used in town before."

"Very clean and spacious room for your family of 4. The boys, aged 10 and 12, comfortably slept on the large sofa bed. Room was very clean, and loved that there is a bath and shower here! Location is convenient enough but at night its quiet so appreicated that. "

"Good value for money and well located - only one tube stop from Kings Cross and the Kings Place concert venue and short walk to.the British Museam. We stayed in room 461 - nice and quiet with dual aspect windows which ensured good light during the day. The room was small but perfect for a short stay- I particularly like the high standard of cleanliness at this hotel."

"We had a great time, perfect location. Bar was welcoming. Check in was exceptional being given an upgrade for returning customer. Room was clean, had all the amenities you could wish for. I would definitely recommend and return here"

"Very convenient location near Dominion Theatre and Oxford Street, tube and 176 bus stop very close that goes to Leicester Square and Strand/Covent Garden. Upgraded when checked in, lifts to room. Clean, good size room, lovely shower and clean facilities. One bar of soap and towels provided, no shampoo or body wash unlike other hotels. Tea, cofee kettle and fridge provided as well as a safe. Very good room for the price and location. Very welcoming staff as well. Place is currently being renovated per signs, but not affected by anything where I was. "

"Nice but small rooms, new and fresh bathroom. I had a single city view room which was great, nothing to complain about. Location is extremely central, with most top tourist attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Good value if you want prime central London location. The hotel is in the immediate proximity of Victoria Bus & National Rail terminal, but room was still very quiet and it was in no way a nuisance."

"Very friendly staff and the property is absolutely nice especially during Christmas. Ambiance is really nice. Restaurant has his options. Restaurant manager went out of his way to get my kid some crayons! That was just wonderful! I would give them 5star just for that effort! :)"
