"This was my second stay at Brown’s, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly—"no" is simply not in their vocabulary. Unfortunately, I fractured my ankle on my first day in London. The concierge was incredibly helpful, recommending a treatment facility and even calling Princess Grace Hospital to ensure I could be seen promptly.
