Fridge did not make anything cold or freeze, the trash can step to open the trash didn’t have a top on it so a couple of us scraped ourselves on the metal unknowingly. We spent money to heat up the pool but it wasn’t as clean nor were there supplies to clean ourselves. One of the front rooms didn’t have...

"Beautiful home in a “movie setting” picturesque neighborhood. So close to Universal Studios. The backyard setting allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. The teenagers loved hanging out in the detached garage/game room. We would stay here again. "

We reached out to Vicky and she was helpful and gracious every step of the way. She allowed us to check in early and she was accommodating when we had to extend our stay due to construction issues. Her home is very clean and inviting. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Thank you Vicky for all of your kindness. We highly recommend this...
