"Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that). "Als Wiederholungstäter wurden wir auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht! Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service, sowohl am der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind so eingerichtet, wie man es von einem „Chateau“ erwartet, am besten dazu die Bilder auf der Homepage anschauen. Housekeeping war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen gut Englisch, auch etwas deutsch. Wir kommen wieder."

There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great!
