"At least we had a place to stay during busy holiday season. We changed to this hotel after reading reviews about the first hotel i booked. Upon check in, i was not already assigned a room, when the front desk clerk gave me a key, i went to the room and it was trashed, table upside down, dirty dishes, unmade bed. What had me frustrated is that before checking in I had told the staff member that I have a Expedia reservation number and she acknowledged it and then proceeded to double charged me for the room. I did not realize till later that night and I had to have another staff member reverse the charge. Other than that I had a great stay."
