"I'm a regular business travel and this one stands out. Amazing hotel, I was lucky to get a room upgrade without asking. Shame I was only there 12 hours total. Everything was top quality, nice staff. Cannot fault anything, still go back for sure."

"Without a doubt the best hotel I’ve stayed in London. Great price, service and customer care was fantastic. We didn’t eat in the restaurants but the food looked amazing and the restaurants were very well looked after. Beds were large and comfortable, the hotel was very secure and well looked after. Great drinks/cocktails and offers for guests. Highly recommend!"

"Overnight stay for Valentine’s Day. Room upgraded on arrival. Complimentary chocolate and cookies at reception. Plenty of references to the buildings history (magistrates court and prison) - ask a member of staff for guided tour! ‘Spoiler Alert’ look out for the handcuffs on the chandelier in the entrance lobby. Hotel spotless, and staff keen to be if service. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked for another night !"

"Best thing about the property was the closeness to transport and to the Tower of London area. Opportunities were that the flat was still undergoing renovation and there was a mildew smell if the windows were closed. There was no written communication within the property regarding where to put waste bags, how to connect to the television, washing machine directions etc lots of places also list recommendations for restaurants in the area etc which we find helpful when on holiday in a new area....
