"The property is lovely. Great location. Friendly staff. What I did not like: significant steps to get to the front door, if you have more than a carry on, you will be in trouble. Someone is there sometimes but not always(in my case no one was there upon arrival or departure). Only one elevator worked while I was there. Thermostat did not wok in my room. I callwdnthree times, when the manger came, he tried fixing(it was extremely cold) but to no avail. Instaed of offering to switch my room, he...

"This was a perfect apartment for my family. It had 4 bedrooms on 3 levels. One of the teenagers stayed in the apartment and felt so grown up having her own kitchen. It was next door to Boroughs Market so everyone could choose their own food. Public transportation was only a block away. Overall, this was a great experience."

"This apartment is located in a fantastic area with the underground just two blocks away. It's beautifully decorated and good for families with two children. I would highly recommend staying at this apt."
