"Gio, at reception was exceptional as a host as well as tour guide! He made us feel so welcomed. He made suggestions for things we might enjoy and made us aware we were very close to the Everglades. We tried his suggestions and they were great! Paola was the lady who prepared and cleaned our room. I don't think I ever had a cleaner room. We were delighted to get to meet her. She's a lovely woman. We are so glad we found this place!"

The room was spacious and liked the fact that there was a ceiling fan as well as air-conditioning. The owner was helpful and accommodating, which the younger member of staff at reception should take note of. An excellent place considering the star rating and price. "
