"There was a incredible outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool. There were pool towels available too and all you had to do was return them. The room was nice but it wasn't 4 star quality I don't think. Even decent hotels have microwaves available for families but there was not one so it was inconvenient. The front desk staff wasn't easy to communicate too. He just seemed like a robot set to say the same things over and over again instead of understanding what the customer is saying and assisting...

"Beautiful property in a cool wooded area. Enjoyed pulling up to the front with a fragrant fire pit. Really made me feel like we were at an upscale woodsy lodge. All the grounds were very well manicured. Pool was clean and heated. Staff was very accommodating like the old Ritz customer service. Would recommend to any family member or friend. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Check in was as easy as you can get. The property was very clean, and the layout is just perfect. The large family room is just what we needed for our family gathering. And the outside sitting areas are spacious and beautiful.The neighborhood has a great community feel, and everyone we met in Jamaica Beach was very nice and polite.We enjoyed fishing off the back dock, especially at night when the lights were on.
