"There was a incredible outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool. There were pool towels available too and all you had to do was return them. The room was nice but it wasn't 4 star quality I don't think. Even decent hotels have microwaves available for families but there was not one so it was inconvenient. The front desk staff wasn't easy to communicate too. He just seemed like a robot set to say the same things over and over again instead of understanding what the customer is saying and assisting...

"I usually stay here because I like that they have a restaurant / bar in the hotel so i dont have to go out at night. However, it was under construction and was not made aware of that until i arrived. I do think once the construction is done it will be great. The staff was lovely. "

"Beautiful property in a cool wooded area. Enjoyed pulling up to the front with a fragrant fire pit. Really made me feel like we were at an upscale woodsy lodge. All the grounds were very well manicured. Pool was clean and heated. Staff was very accommodating like the old Ritz customer service. Would recommend to any family member or friend. "
