"Great service from all staff. Close to airport, with options for transportation to/from the airport. Lobby bar is relaxing area with good menu. Buffet breakfast is worth the added expense. "

"Very nice stay, with helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and clean. My one issue would be that the lounge for Bonvoy members was not well maintained. My colleagues and I stayed a week and each time we went there would be yogurt but no bowls, wine but no glasses, a certain food gone but not replenished, etc. My colleagues have stayed here many times and say that this is always the case. Maybe a short staffing problem. However, everything else was great. "

Upon arrival 8am I was hoping to drop off my suitcase but my room was ready so they checked me and and advised to have. Long awaited shower and rest. This is exactly what I needed and although I had to change rooms as they couldn’t turn the heater down but nothing was too much trouble. "Very nice hotel clean and modern. We had executive lounge access. Honestly at the weekend this is the bargain of the century, hot food salads and free drinks from 530 to 930. Brilliant. Saved us a lot! Now the Elizabeth line is open you can be in the middle of London in 15 minutes. "
