"It is obviously the basics but perfect for two or maybe three nights somewhere. The only things I didn’t like were no windows in the one we stayed in and nowhere to hang clothing otherwise it was great! "

After a few hiccups at check in, I was approached by Jaya, to address my concerns and she was truly professional. My bar bill was removed and she offered to look after me and my husband when we are due to return at the end of this month. What a difference this made to my experience at the hotel. So, thank you for listening and I look forward to coming back."
