"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Valentina in Malta, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, providing exceptional service with a warm and friendly attitude. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and all the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Malta’s stunning sights and attractions. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or adventure, this hotel offers the best of both worlds. I cannot recommend Hotel Valentina highly enough—it truly exceeded all my expectations, and I would return in a heartbeat!"

"Very nice, light, airy, modern rooms - at the back very quiet and at the front not too noisy at all. I had one week in each location. Comfortable chair and table in the room, but the bathroom is a bit cramped. Very personable, helpful and committed staff. Good (and well priced) bar and room service menus, and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice (a hallmark of HIE). In February/March excellent value for money (EUR 65/75 a night B&B at the back/front including EUR 5 for fridge) - but looking forward to June/July for a follow up visit, the rate more than triples to nearly EUR 200 a night!"

"This was my third stay at the Verdi, St. Georges Bay. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are always smiling. Always willing to help. Breakfast was plentiful with choices for all.. I would have liked more fresh fruit but sitting on the terrace looking out to sea is a perfect way to start the day. My room was large with a wonderful sea view balcony. It was cleaned each day, often whilst l was at breakfast, to a very high standard. There is building work going on across the road from the front entrance but this did not impact on my stay as the rooms are at the back of the building overlooking the bay and out to sea. Numerous very good restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and there is a bus stop outside the hotel if you wish to go further afield. St Georges bay has a sandy beach, rare in Malta and there is a dive centre for the more adventurous. There is a casino and several clubs within easy walking distance. Far enough away to not disturb the hotel's residents but there if you want them. Some people have mentioned that the rooms look "tired". I would agree with this but to me cleanliness is far more important than the latest colour on the walls! A comfy bed and good blackout curtains more important than shiny new furniture."
