"We had a group of 7. One of the rooms for 3 people only had 1 bed. The staff did arrange a 2nd bed. We did like the downstairs bar, restaurant and outdoor area where we could all hang out as a group. The staff were great and the coffee was amazing. "

"It was good, the fridge though in room sounds like it’s going it was hard to go to sleep at night with that in back ground as well as other noises from outside. Last time we stayed there few years ago was great it was on the inside this time we had to walk outside to get to the room it just wasn’t as comfy could hardly get in and out of shower. Pillows were just ok. But it was good location and easy to get to and from the tram. "

"After not being able to contact them for a late check-in, they were very apologetic and explained the reasons why. It was more than enough for what I wanted, and the Chapel Street precinct was easily reachable by foot. The train station was even closer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is its own night spot tucked away from the business of Chapel Street with a vibrant life of its own."
